The learning outcomes of the Business Administration Undergraduate Program have been determined in line with the career goals and professional expectations of our graduates, taking into account the employment areas of the department's graduates, and are structured to support the achievement of the program educational objectives. During the creation of these outcomes, the opinions and suggestions of the internal and external stakeholders of the Department of Business Administration were actively included in the process.

In this context, in accordance with the decision taken by the Department of Business Administration Board, the Undergraduate Program Learning Outcomes have been updated and announced to the public via the department's website. In order to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the learning outcomes, at the internal and external stakeholder meetings held regularly every semester; evaluation reports prepared by relevant units, especially the Measurement and Evaluation Committee, are discussed, and necessary improvement works are planned. In this way, it is aimed for the learning outcomes of the Business Administration Undergraduate Program to remain in a structure that is up-to-date, measurable, and compatible with sectoral needs.
