Prof. Dr. Yavuz Tansoy YILDIRIM Presented a Paper at ICOAEF-XVI

One of the faculty members of the Department, Prof. Dr. Yavuz Tansoy YILDIRIM, participated in the international scientific conference titled International Conference on Applied Economics and Finance (ICOAEF-XVI), held on 9–10 June 2026 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Within the scope of the conference, Prof. Dr. Yavuz Tansoy YILDIRIM presented his paper titled “AI-Based Decision Support Systems: Leadership Style, Effectiveness, and Ethical Dimensions.” The study addressed important issues regarding the evaluation of AI-based decision support systems within the framework of leadership style, organizational effectiveness, and ethical dimensions.

The presentation, delivered on an international academic platform, highlighted the role of artificial intelligence applications in decision-making processes and the importance of evaluating these processes together with ethical principles.
